dc.description.abstract	Tato práce analyzuje současnou marketingovou strategii a propagace Demänovské jeskyně svobody a Demänovské ledová jeskyně. Klade si za cíl představit současnou pozici subjektů na trhu a v rámci vysoce rozvinutého kraje cestovního ruchu. Na začátku se důraz klade na definici a popis marketingu a propagace obecně. Práce se zabývá současným odvětvím cestovního ruchu na Slovensku, jakož i v rámci regionu Liptov. Následně byly použity metoda SWOT analýzy a benchmarking k identifikaci hlavních nedostatků v marketingové strategii subjektů. Později byly tato zjištění a vyhodnocení použity k rozvoji několik inovativních návrhů, které by mohly pomoci zlepšit aktuální marketingovou strategii subjektů, vybudovat silnější image a stát se opět atraktivní pro své zákazníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis analyzes the current marketing strategies and promotions of Demanovska Cave of Liberty and Demanovska Ice Cave. It aims to introduce the subjects´ current position on the market and within the highly-developed tourism region. Firstly, the focus is being placed on the definition and description of marketing and promotion in general. The thesis deals with the present-day tourism industry in Slovakia as well as within the Liptov region. Consequently, the method of SWOT analysis and Benchmarking were used to identify major weaknesses in the subjects´ marketing strategy. Later, these findings and evaluations were used to develop several innovative suggestions that could help the subjects to improve their current marketing strategy, build a stronger image and become attractive for their customers again.
