dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nové trendy hojení chronických ran. Práce se dělí do dvou částí. Teoretická část je členěna do tří kapitol a obeznámí nás s definicí rány jako takové a chronické rány, jejím základním dělením a komplexním hodnocením. Zaměřuje se na vnější a vnitřní vlivy, které působí na proces hojení. Seznamuje nás s nezastupitelnou úlohou sestry v procesu hojení rány a s holistickým přístupem k pacientovi. V empirické části se zaměříme na znalosti a orientaci sester v nových trendech hojení ran. V hodnocení budeme vycházet z informací získaných dotazníkovým šetřením.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with always topical issue of new trends in chronic wound healing. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the concept of the wound itself and of the chronical wound, their classification and complex evaluati-on. External and internal influences that affect the process of healing are revealed. An irreplaceable role of the nurse during the process of the wound healing is stressed and a holistic approach to the patient is presented. The empirical part is focused on the knowledge and orientation of the nurses in new trends of wound healing. The overall assessment is based on the results of a knowledge test.
