dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je racionalizace procesu balení stírátek ve společnosti TNS SERVIS s. r. o. V teoretické části je nejdříve představeno průmyslové inženýrství, jeho přínosy a trendy. Další část se věnuje problematice výroby a štíhlého podniku, podrobněji poté štíhlé výrobě. Následující kapitoly teoretické části jsou zaměřeny na analýzu a měření práce, produktivitu a normy. Uvedená témata byla využita jako východiska pro praktickou část diplomové práce. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení současného stavu procesu balení stírátek. Na analytickou část práce navazuje projektová část obsahující návrhy na zlepšení procesu balení stírátek ve společnosti TNS SERVIS s. r. o.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is a rationalization of a packing process of wiper blades in the company TNS SERVIS s. r. o. The theoretical part deals with industrial engineering, its benefits and trends. There are also chapters about production, lean enterprise and lean production. The following chapters of theoretical part are focused on an analysis and measurement of a working process, productivity and standards. These topics were used as the basis for practical part of the thesis. The analytical part concerns an analysis and evaluation of the current situation of packing process of wiper blades. The analytical part is followed by the project part which includes suggestions for improvement that could be made in the packing process of wiper blades in the company TNS SERVIS s. r. o.
