dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je racionalizace procesu dokončovacích operací ve společnosti Thermacut, s. r. o. Jejím cílem je analyzovat a identifikovat stávající problémové oblasti v procesu a následně navrhnout řešení pro jejich eliminaci. Teoretickou část tvoří literární rešerše, která popisuje oblast průmyslového inženýrství a pojmy, které jsou s ní spojené, a která poskytuje východiska pro praktickou část. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou společnosti a jejího procesu dokončovacích operací. Identifikované nedostatky vyplývající z analytické části poté slouží jako podklad pro projektovou část, ve které jsou navržena a definována opatření, která problémové oblasti odstraní či redukují. V závěru práce je poté zhodnocen celkový přínos a náklady projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the rationalization of process of finishing operations in the Thermacut, Ldt. Its aim is to analyze and identify the current problem (areas) in the process and subsequently to propose solutions for their elimination. The theoretical part consists of a literature research, which describes the area of industrial engineering and terms that are associated with it, and which provides the base for the practical part. The practical part analyzes the company and its process of finishing operations. Identified problems resulting from the analytical part then serve as a background for the project part, in which measures that remove and reduce those problems are designed and defined. In the conclusion the overall benefits and costs of the project are evaluated.
