Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je stanoviť hodnotu spoločnosti KORA, a.s. k 31.12.2015 využitím vybraných výnosových metód oceňovania. Teoretická časť práce definuje podnik ako predmet ocenenia, nasleduje doporučený postup pri oceňovaní podniku. V ďalších kapitolách sú popísané vybrané výnosové a majetkové oceňovacie metódy. V praktickej časti je stručne charakterizovaná spoločnosť KORA, a.s., nasleduje strategická a finančná analýza. Na základe výsledkov analýz je zostavený finančný plán, ktorý je podkladom pre stanovenie hodnoty oceňovaného podniku vybranými metódami. |

The aim of this Master thesis is to determine the value of company KORA, a. s. for De-cember 31, 2015 through of selected yield valuation methods. The theoretical part defines company as a subject of valuation followed by the recommended procedure of valuation. In the following chapters there is described the actual process of business valuation, and in the conclusion there are described the different methods used for valuation. In the practical part is briefly introduced KORA, a. s., followed by strategic and financial analysis. Based on the results of the analysis is created the financial plan, followed by the project of determining the value of the company by selected methods. |
