Bakalářská práce nejprve definuje základní pojmy dopravy a jmenuje legislativu České republiky týkající se dopravy. Okrajově se zabývá kompetencemi orgánů a institucí ČR působících v oblasti dopravy. Stručně jsou zde zmíněny strategické dokumenty ČR pro rozvoj dopravy. Dále tato práce charakterizuje Zlínský kraj z hledisek, které dopravu více či méně ovlivňují, případně jsou dopravou ovlivňovány. To vše je součástí teoretické části bakalářské práce. Praktická část především popisuje současný stav dopravní infrastruktury ve Zlínském kraji v rozdělení na dopravu silniční, železniční, leteckou, vodní a cyklistickou. Následně je sestavena SWOT analýza, na základě které jsou vytyčeny hlavní cíle rozvoje dopravní infrastruktury Zlínského kraje a navrženo řešení pro jejich realizaci. Nakonec jsou tyto návrhy zhodnoceny a také doporučeno řešení dalšího rozvoje dopravy v kraji. |

At first this Bachelor's work defines the basic concepts of the transport and mentions the legislation of the Czech Republic which deals with the transport. Marginally, it occupies by the competences of the authorities and the institutions of the Czech Republic acting in the area of the traffic. Briefly there are the strategic documents of the Czech Republic for the development of the traffic mentioned. Furthermore, this work describes Zlin's region from the aspects, which affect more or less interacting the traffic or which are influenced by the traffic. This is all part of the theoretical part of Bachelor's work. The practical part, above all, describes the actual state of the traffic infrastructure in Zlin's region, dividing itself into the road transport, the railway traffic, the air traffic, the waterborne traffic and the cycling transport. Sequentially, SWOT analysis is assembled there and there are also the main aims of the development of the Zlin's region traffic, which are identified on the basis of the SWOT analysis. There is also the solution for their realization suggested. In the end are this suggestions evaluate and the solutions of further development of the transport in Zlin's region recommend. |
