Tato práce je zaměřena na změny termických vlastností polyesterů po hydrolýze. Byly vy-brány čtyři zástupci polyesterů polybutylen sukcinát (PBS), polybutylen sukcinát adipát (PBSA), polybutylen adipát tereftalát (PBAT) a polybutylen tereftalát (PBT). Tyto látky byly podrobeny abiotické hydrolýze ve fosfátovém pufru a byly odebírány vzorky v daných časových intervalech. V teoretické části se věnuji, vedle informací o jednotlivých látkách, studiím hydrolýzy a následným testům DSC u jednotlivých látek. Praktická část této práce se věnuje metodě diferenciální skenovací kalorimetrie (DSC) a vyhodnocení zís-kaných výsledků u jednotlivých polymerů pomocí této metody termické analýzy v závislosti na době hydrolýzy. Pro každou teplotu, při níž byla hydrolýza prováděna a pro významné dny odběru jednotlivých vzorků hydrolyzovaných polymerů. |

This thesis is focused on the changes in the thermal properties of polyesters after hydrolysis. There were selected four representatives polyesters - polybutylene succinate (PBS), polybutylene succinate adipate (PBSA), polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). These substances were subjected to abiotic hydrolysis in the phosphate buffer and samples were taken at given time intervals. In the theoretical part I devote to some studies of hydrolysis and subsequent DSC tests of individual substances. The practical part is devoted to the method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the evaluation of the results for each of the polymers using thermal analysis depending on the time of hydrolysis. For each temperature at which the hydrolysis was carried out and for the significant days in witch were taken individual samples of hydrolysed polymers. |
