dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je projekt zavedení vybraného nástroje controllingu Balanced Sco-recard do konkrétní firmy. V teoretické části jsou vymezena východiska controllingu, fi-nanční analýzy, strategické analýzy a také metoda a tvorba konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část diplomové práce nejprve popisuje charakteristiku konkrétní firmy. Poté je zpracována analýza současného stavu podniku na základě rozboru finanční a strategické analýzy. Rozbor těchto analýz poté tvoří základ pro samotný projekt zavedení controllin-gového nástroje BSC do konkrétní firmy. Na závěr práce jsou popsány přínosy, rizika a ekonomická náročnost zavedení projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of a thesis is the project of implementation of a selected controlling tool Balanced Scorecard in a particular company. In a theoretical part there are defined resources of con-trolling, financial analysis, strategic analysis and also a method of a concept Balanced Scorecard creation. A practical part of the thesis first describes the characteristics of a par-ticular company. After that there is made an analysis of a contemporary situation of the particular company based on the financial and strategic analysis. The analysis of these analyses constitutes the basis for the project of implementation controlling tool BSC in the particular company itself. In conclusion of this thesis there are described the contributions, risks and economic demands of implementation of this project.
