dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza nákladů nemocnice a na základě vypracované ana-lýzy navržení projektu řízení režijních nákladů za vybrané období. Teoretická část obsahuje základní poznatky získané z odborné literatury charakteristické pro řízení nákladů a jejich kalkulaci, konkrétně o pojetí nákladů, klasifikaci nákladů a jejich alokaci a kalkulačních metod. Praktická část je rozdělena na část analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část se zabývá charakteristikou nemocnice, analýzou jejich celkových nákladů. Další část je věnována analýze operačních sálů nemocnice, jejich vytíženosti a nákladům. Projektová část je za-měřena na řízení režijních nákladů operačních sálů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the cost of hospital and on the basis of the analysis developed design project management overheads for the selected period. It contains basic knowledge gained from literature characteristic for cost management and cost calculation, namely the concepts of costs, classification of costs and their allocation and calculation methods. The practical part is divided into analytical and project parts. The analytical part deals with the characteristics of hospitals, analyzing their overall costs. Second analytical section is devoted to the analysis of hospital operating rooms, their utilization and costs. The project part is focused on management overheads of operating rooms.
