dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku a zjištění faktorů, které motivaci zaměstnanců nejvíce ovlivňují. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy motivace, proces motivace, zdroje motivace, teorie motivace a základní informace o systému odměňování. Praktická část je zaměřena na vybraný podnik a na dotazníkové šetření. V závěrečné části jsou návrhy na zlepšení úrovně motivace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of employee motivation in the selected company and determine the factors that most affect employee motivation. In the first part are define basic concept of motivation, motivation process, sources moactivation with a theory of motivation and basic information about the remuneration sys-tem. The practical part is concentrated on a the selected company to questionnaire survey. In the final part of the proposals to improve the level of motivation.
