Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a jejich vztahem ke změnám objemu výkonu ve VU Mitas Otrokovice. Jejím cílem je srovnání rozdělení nákladů ve VU Mitas Otroko-vice, vytvořit nástroje pro práci s náklady pomocí nákladových funkcí a predikcí nákladů za určitého objemu výkonu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování nákladů, jejich členění a analýzu nákladů v souvislosti na změně objemu výkonu. Praktická část zahrnuje představení společnosti a podrobnou analýzu stavu řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Následuje analýza bodu zvratu, kritické využití kapacity a výpočet koeficientu bezpečnosti. Tyto analýzy byly zpracovány na základě poznatků z teoretické části. Výstup analýzy bude sloužit k určení návrhových opatření a doporučením, která mohou sloužit ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. |

This thesis deals with cost analysis and its interrelation with production volume changes in VU Mitas Otrokovice production facility. Its objective is to compare various cost allocati-ons in the VU Mitas Otrokovice production facility, and to introduce production costs ma-nagement tools adopting various cost functions and forecasts respecting following produ-ction volume models. The theoretical part is focused on defining production cost, and its breakdown and analysis in relation to production volume changes. The practical part inc-ludes the company introduction and detailed production volume cost management analysis in that particular company. Followed by the break-even point analysis, the critical produ-ction capacity analysis and safety coefficient determination, all based on findings from the theoretical part. The overall output should serve as a basis for defining measures and re-commendations to improve the current status. |
