dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na systém řízení bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví v podniku provádě-jícím opravy a servis kolejových vozidel - tramvají. Teoretický okruh práce seskupuje po-znatky z bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví jak z legislativního zakotvení a pohledu, tak hlediska, které vyplývá z charakteru firmy pracující pro oblast dopravního průmyslu s pokrokovými názory na bezpečnostní systém při práci. Na základě těchto teoretických poznatků je pro lepší představu čtenáře a ukázku uplatnění v praxi součástí práce autorův příklad konkrétní modelové firmy s popisem návrhu na úpravu systému řízení bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví právě v podniku, kterým oprava a servis kolejových vozidel je. V závěru práce popisuje autor vyhodnocení současného bezpečnostního systému uvedené firmy a navrhuje potřebné systémové úpravy s možností zobecnění pro dané podniky pra-cující pro dopravní odvětví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is focused on the management system of occupational health and safety in the company, which is providing repair and maintenance of rail vehicles - trams. Theoretical part of the work describes the knowledge of occupational health and safety based on legis-lative and on the other side point of view, which is the result from the nature of the compa-nies who are working in the field of transportation industry with progressive views on the safety systems at work. Based on these theoretical knowledge is for better understanding of readers used a sample application in practical part. Here author deals with an example of a specific model describing the company's proposal to amend the safety management system and occupational health and safety in the company. In conclusion, the author describes an evaluation of the current safety system in the company and proposes the necessary system adjustments with generalizations for the companies working in the transportation industry.
