dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a je zaměřena na komunikaci a krizovou komunikaci. Zejména klade důraz na lidskou komunikaci. Praktická část se zaměřuje na využití technických prostředků k realizování krizové komunikace v prostředí Městské policie Zlín. Cílem bylo zjistit aktuální stav a navrhnout jeho zlepšení. K tomuto účelu byla použita kvalitativní SWOT analýza. Výsledky této analýzy napomohly utvářet návrhy na zlepšení, které najdeme v poslední kapitole. Implementace těchto návrhů dokáže zlepšit současný stav. Také důležitým přínosem pro praktickou část byl brainstorming s odborníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Master's thesis consists of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature and is focused on communication and crisis communication. Especially emphasizes to human communication. The practical part focuses on the use of technical means for realizing crisis communications in the environment of Municipal Police in city Zlín. The aim was to determine the current situation and propose its improvements. Qualitative SWOT analysis was used for this purpose. The results of the analysis have helped to shape proposals for improvements that can be found in the last chapter. Implementation of these suggestions can improve the current situation. Another important acquisition for the practical part also was brainstorming with experts.
