dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá migrací v rámci Evropské unie. Jejím cílem je zodpovědět otázku na možné příčiny migrace a návrhu možného způsobu regulace. První část vymezuje základní pojem, který se týká migrace. V praktické části interpretuji pomoci polostrukturovaného rozhovoru výsledky výzkumu. Cílem bylo nalézt a popsat hlavní aspekty migrační politiky v rámci Evropské unie. Závěr práce odpovídá na otázky a nastiňuje možné návrhy regulace uprchlíků v rámci EU. Hledání řešení, která by mohla pomoci ke zlepšení situace v oblasti EU.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work employs itself by migration inside the European Union. Its purpose is to explain potential sources of migration crisis and to suggest a conclusion for its regulation. The first part introduces basic term concerned to migration. I have interpreted the survey result in the practical part, where I have used a half structured interview. The purpose have been to find and to describe the main aspect of the migration policy in the range of the EU. The work´s conclusion provides answers for the issue and suggests options to regulate the migration crisis at the EU. It is also searching for solutions, which would help to make the whole situation better in the EU.
