dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analýza nákladů a výnosů v příspěvkové organizaci při provedení plá-nované strukturální změny uživatelů a vyčíslení potřebné finanční podpory od zřizovatele. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se nejdříve za-bývám vymezením pojmu nezisková organizace a legislativním normám vztahujícím se k neziskovým organizacím a poté se věnuji popisu členění nákladů, výnosů a tvorbě roz-počtu. V praktické části se zaměřím na rozbor hospodaření Domova pro seniory Lukov, p. o. a vyčíslení potřebné výše finanční podpory, pokud organizace uskuteční plánovanou strukturální změnu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to analyze the costs and revenues for a nonprofit care organisation considering implementing a structural change in the number of residents and quantifying the impact on the necessary financial support from the funding organisation. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I firstly focus on the definition of the term nonprofit organisation and legislative standards relating to nonprofit organisations and then I describe the breakdown of costs and revenues and budgeting. In the practical part, I focus on the economic analysis of the Senior Home Lukov, p. o. and quantifying the necessary amount of financial support, if the oganisation carries out the planned structural change.
