Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout prostředky informačních technologií pro optimalizaci procesů v modelu štíhlého podniku, které by měli pomoci podniku ušetřit jak finanční prostředky, tak čas zaměstnanců. Nejprve je popsán model štíhlého podniku a specifikovány jeho dílčí části. Následuje základní seznámení s velkým trendem v oblasti optimalizace podnikových IT procesů, kterým je cloud computing, doplněn o možnost využití soukromých mobilních zařízení pro rychlý a snadný přístup ke cloudovým službám. Cílem práce je návrh zavedení cloudového řešení pro účely štíhlého podniku, který je specifický svou štíhlou strukturou, tedy snahou o co největší možné ušetření času a nákladů, včetně minimalizace plýtvání v jednotlivých podnikových procesech. Dalším cílem pak je provést návrh zavedení používání mobilních zařízení pro vzdálený přístup k dostupným službám a jejich správu pomocí dostupných nástrojů. V závěru práce je poté provedena analýza bezpečnostních rizik a techniky, kterými je u daných řešení bezpečnost řešena. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose the means of information technologies for optimization of processes in the model of lean enterprise, which should help the business to save financial resources and staff time. First is described the model of the lean enterprise and specified its sub-parts. Followed by a basic familiarity with the major trend in the field of optimizing enterprise IT processes, which is cloud computing, supplemented by the possibility of the use of private mobile devices for quick and easy access to cloud services. The objective of this work is the proposal of the introduction of cloud-based solutions for the purpose of lean enterprise, which is specific to its slim structure, thus the desire for the greatest possible saving of time and costs, including minimizing waste in different business processes. The next goal then is to implement the proposal for the introduction of the use of mobile devices for remote access to the available services and their management by using the available tools. At the conclusion of the work is then performed analysis of security risks and techniques, which is the solution to the security dealt with. |
