dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronickou evidencí tržeb v České republice. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem elektronická evidence tržeb včetně výhod a nevýhod tohoto systém. Je zde rozebrán zákon o evidenci tržeb a z něho plynoucí povinnosti podnikatelů. Je také popsáno technické řešení EET pro poplatníky. Praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, prostřednictvím něhož měli respondenti z řad podnikatelských subjektů možnost vyjádřit svůj názor na zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy technického řešení pro definované typy živnostníků či firem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is dealing with Electronic record of sales in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the term of Electronic records of sales including advantages and disadvantages of this system. There is also analysed the Law of Electronic Record of Sales and obligations resulting of businessmen. It also describes the technical solution EET for taxpayers. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, through which respondents were among the businesses the opportunity to express their views on the introduction of electronic records of sales. In the final part includes proposals for technical solutions for defined types of entrepreneurs and companies.
