dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zatížení a následnou regeneraci příslušníků požární ochrany. Tato práce je rozdělena ne teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem integrovaného záchranného systému, hasičský záchranný sbor a především činnost jednotek požární ochrany. Dále je v této části popsána charakteristika a druhy únavy a regenerace. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu výsledků prove-deného dotazníkového šetření a návrh změn vedoucích ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the problems of the load and the following regeneration of the national fire protection. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the integrated safety system, the fire brigade and the activity of national fire protection. Furthermore, this section describes the characterization and the types of fatigue and the regeneration. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the questionnaire's results and the proposal of the changes leading to the improvement of the current state.
