dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt pro inovaci informačního systému ve společnosti Správa a údržba silnic Kroměřížska, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části, je diplomová práce věnována teoretickým pohledům na podnikové informační systémy a jejich důležitost pro podnik, čerpáno je z české i zahraniční literatury. Teoretická část představuje východiska pro tvorbu analytické a projektové části. Analytická část diplomové práce se zabývá rozborem situace v oblasti IS/ICT společnosti. K vypracování analytické části byl použit dotazník na úroveň IS ve firmě a analýzy SWOT a HOS8. Informace získané z analytické části jsou základem pro výběr vhodného informačního systému. Na závěr je projekt podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to create a project for the upgrading of the information system in the company Správa a údržba silnic Kroměřížska, s.r.o. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical views on the corporate information systems and their importance for the enterprise, is drawn from Czech and foreign literature. The theoretical part represents the basis for the creation of the analytical and planning section. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the situation in the area of IS/ICT companies. To develop the analytical part questionnaire was used to the level of IS in the company and SWOT analysis and HOS8. Information obtained from the analytical part of the basis for selection of the appropriate information system. At the conclusion of the project is subject to the time, cost and risk analysis.
