Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení připravenosti obyvatelstva v případě radiační havárie vzniklé v jaderném zařízení Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. Schopnost zvládnutí mimořádné radiační události a s ní spojených jiných mimořádných událostí by mělo být pro obyvatele a obce v zóně havarijního plánování jednou ze základních priorit. Ve své práci hodnotím současný stav a pohled na problematiku ze strany obyvatel a obcí v místě mého bydliště. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o obecných zása-dách připravenosti občanů a jaderné bezpečnosti v souvislosti s charakteristikou Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany. V praktické části charakterizuji obec Moravský Krumlov a jeho oby-vatelstvo. Součástí je i vyhodnocení anonymních dotazníků, které z velké části zpracuji formou grafů. Závěr práce pojednává o možnostech a návrzích ke zlepšení vzdělávání a připravenosti obyvatel na zvládání krizových situací. |

The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on assessment of the preparedness of the population in a possible radiation accident resulting in a nuclear facility Nuclear Power Plant Dukovany. The ability to cope with radiological events and associated other incidents, it should be for the residents and communities in emergency planning zone, one of the basic priorities. In my work I evaluate current status and perspective on the issues of population and the vil-lage in the place of his residence. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the General principles of citizens preparedness and nuclear safety with characteristic of the Dukovany nuclear power station. The practical part is focused on Moravský Krumlov and its popu-lation. Part of evaluation of anonymous questionnaires, which for the most part I will pre-pare in the form of graphs. Conclusion the work discusses the options and proposals to improve the training and preparedness of the population to cope with crisis situations. |
