dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice dopravních nehod s následným únikem nebezpečných látek do životního prostředí. Teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší v oblasti životního prostředí, silniční přepravy nebezpečných látek a integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická část obsahuje statistiky dopravních nehod v režimu ADR, přičemž tyto statistiky jsou přehledně zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. V programu TerEx, je provedena simulace dopravní nehody vozidla přepravujícího nebezpečnou látku s následným vyhodnocením. V závěrečné kapitole jsou navržena organizační a technická opatření, která by snížila rizika kontaminace při přepravě nebezpečných látek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of traffic accidents resulting in the subsequent escape of dangerous substances into the environment. Within the theoretical section there is described knowledge about literature review in the field of environment, transportation of dangerous substances and integrated rescue system. Within the practical part of the thesis there is a focusion accident statistics in ADR, while these statistics are transparently processed into tables and graphs. In TerEx program there is a simulation involving traffic accidents of vehicles carrying dangerous substances with subsequent evaluation. In the final chapter there are designed organizational and technical measures to reduce the risk of contamination during transportation of dangerous substances.
