dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelských rizik v oblasti pohostinství, kdy se zaměří na problematiku podniku xy. Snaží se analyzovat a charakterizovat základní podnikatelská rizika a následně je implementovat do vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a navrhnout metody na jejich snížení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na terminologii podniku, podnikání, rizik a metod zpracování. Praktická část obsahuje popis podniku xy, fungování a právní normy podniku xy. Objevují se zde analýza BCG matice, PESTLE, SWOT, HACCP a Porterova analýza.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis deals with the analysis of business risks in the hospitality industry, which will focus on the issue of xy. It tries to analyze and characterize the underlying business risks and then implement it in selected business entity and propose methods to reduce them. The theoretical part focuses on the terminology of enterprise, entrepreneurship, risk and processing methods. The practical part contains a description of the business xy, ope-rational and legal standards xy. They appear here BCG matrix, PESTLE analysis, SWOT, HACCP and Porter analysis.
