dc.description.abstract	Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je riešenie problematiky spojené s riadením zásob v spoločnosti Automotive s.r.o. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sú charakterizované samotné zásoby, ich nákup a teória spojená so samotným riadením zásob. V praktickej časti je predstavená samotná spoločnosť, predmet jej podnikania a situačná analýza spoločnosti na základe interného a externého prostredia. Praktická časť sa ďalej zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu riadenia zásob v spoločnosti a spracovaním odporúčaných zlepšení ktoré by mali do spoločnosti priniesť úspory. Na záver sú zhrnuté všetky odporúčania ktoré môže samotná firma využiť.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this thesis is solutions to problems of stock management in the company Automotive Ltd. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the stocks itself and their purchase are characterized. It contains elaborated a theory concerning the actual inventory management. The company, the subject of its business and situational analysis of the company based on the internal and external environment is presented in the practical part. The practical part also deals with the analysis of the current state of stock management in the company and processing of the recommended improvements that should bring savings to the company. In conclusion the thesis summarizes all the recommendations which can be used by the company.
