Tato diplomová práce se zabývá účinností kosmetických přípravků s obsahem kolostra a bez jeho obsahu. Bariérové vlastnosti kůže po aplikaci testovaných vzorků (mléko, krém, sérum s obsahem kolostra a mléko, krém, sérum bez obsahu kolostra) byly sledovány za pomocí bioinženýrských metod. Výsledky ukazují, že přítomnost kolostra nemělo na hydrataci kůže žádný vliv, zato ale mělo vliv na udržení dostatečné kožní bariéry. Po senzorické stránce byly více preferovány vzorky bez obsahu kolostra. |

This master thesis deals with an efficiency of cosmetic products for skin with and without colostrum. The barrier properties of the skin after application of the test samples (milk, cream, serum with colostrum and milk, cream, serum without colostrum) were monitored using bioengineering methods. The results show that the presence of colostrum had no skin hydration effect, but it had an influence for skin barrier. Samples without colostrum were more preferred by sensory analysis. |
