dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému přesunu materiálu a zboží ve společnosti Continental Barum s.r.o. Cílem teoretické části diplomové práce je zpracovat literární rešerši orientovanou především na oblasti řízení podniku, proces, procesní řízení, řízení dokumentace a workflow. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající systém přesunu materiálu a zboží "Z" a "Do" areálu společnosti Continental Barum s.r.o. a navrhnout nápravná opatření, která budou následně implementována v projektové části práce. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení implementace projektu a to zejména jeho přínosům, nákladům a rizikům.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Master´s thesis deals with the problems of moving material goods in the company Continental Barum s.r.o. The theoretical part of this thesis aims to elaborate a literature search focused mainly on business management, process, process management, document management and workflow. The practical part of the thesis aims to analyze the current system of moving goods and materials "From" and "To" area of the company Continental Barum s.r.o. and to suggest corrective measures which will subsequently be implemented in the project part. The conclusion of thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the project, especially projects benefits, costs and risks.
