dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce bude analýza odměňování a motivace pracovníků na pozici seřizovače lisů ve firmě ANC COMPONENTS s.r.o. Cílem práce bude zhodnocení používaného systému ve firmě a návrh na změnu. Práce bude rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části budou popsány a vysvětleny pojmy týkající se této problematiky. Bude definována mzda, jaké jsou její formy a co je to odměňování pracovníků. Dále se práce bude zabývat motivací zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckými benefity. Praktická část bude zaměřena nejprve na charakteristiku firmy ANC COMPONENTS s.r.o. Dále bude popsána forma mzdy, která je v podniku využívána, jaké formy motivace pracovníků používá a jaké benefity nabízí svým zaměstnancům. To vše bude analyzováno a bude navrhnuta změna stávajícího systému odměňování a motivace pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the remuneration and motivation system of employees at the position tool setter presses in company ANC COMPONENTS s. r. o. The goal of this work is to assess the system used in the company and to suggest possible ways to change. This work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part are described and explained concepts regarding to this issue. It is defined wage, forms of wages and what is a remuneration of workers. Next part deals with motivation of employees and employee benefits. The practical part focuses on the characteristic of the company ANC COMPONENTS s. r. o. There is described a form of wage, which is used in the company, what forms of motivation for employees are used and which employee benefits are offered to employees. All of these will be analyzed and there will be suggested the changes of the current system of remuneration and motivation of employees.
