Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením zásob ve skladu zdravotnického materiálu. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky čerpané z odborné literatury a je věnována především problematice zásob, řízení zásob a finanční analýze. Tyto informace dále slouží praktické části, která obsahuje představení skladu zdravotnického materiálu, analýzu vybraných zásob, ABC analýzu, horizontální a vertikální analýzu a ukazatele obratovosti. Poslední část práce obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení řízení zásob ve společnosti. |

This thesis deals with the issue of inventory management in the store of medical material. Theoretical part contains the findings drawn from the professional literature devoted to the issue of inventory, inventory management and financial analysis. Those information serves to the practical part which contains company introduction, chosen inventory analysis, ABC analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis and indicators of turns. Last part of the thesis contains suggestions for inventory management improvement within the company. |
