dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovými směrnicemi společnosti XY, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky týkající se vnitropodnikových směrnic. V úvodu praktické části je provedena analýza stávajících směrnic společnosti XY, s.r.o. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navrženy úpravy a aktualizace těchto směrnic a jejich doplnění o nové směrnice. Všechny směrnice byly vytvořeny v souladu s platnou legislativou a vnitřními potřebami společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's work is dealing with intradepartmental guidelines of the company XY, Ltd. In the theoretical part there are summarized basic facts of intradepartmental guidelines. In the beginning of the practical part there is an analysis of current intradepartmental guidelines of the company XY, Ltd. made. In terms of the analysis results there are some modifications and updating of these directions and their completion of new directions suggested. All guidelines were created according to valid legislative and internal needs of the company.	en
