dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se především věnuje faktorům, které ovlivňují spokojenost klientů v domově pro seniory. Teoretická část se zabývá periodizací stáří, procesem stárnutí, je zde popsán pohled na stáří v historii. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza faktorů, které ovlivňují spokojenost seniorů v domově pro seniory a návrhy na možné zlepšení v analyzované oblasti. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce na základě kvantitativního výzkumu provést šetření z pěti domovů pro seniory a zjistit informovanost v oblasti sociálních služeb.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis mainly deals with the factors that affect customer satisfaction in a home for the elderly. The theoretical part periodization age, the aging process is described here-in sight of old age in history. The practical part is focused on questionnaire. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction of seniors in the home for up-Nior and suggestions for possible improvements in the analyzed region. A partial aim of the thesis on the basis of quantitative research survey done in five homes for the elder-ly and find infor-ness in social services.
