dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací systému plánování a rozpočtování ve společnosti WMW, a.s. Cílem bylo navrhnout způsob, jak nejlépe vytvořit komplexní systém, který společnosti pomůže koordinovat činnosti a identifikovat co nejvyšší procento nákladů. Pro dosažení cíle bylo nutné analyzovat současný systém plánování a rozpočtování, navrhnout zlepšení a vytvořit nový co nejvíce komplexní systém. V práci byly využity metody analý-zy, syntézy a metody empirické. Na základě analýzy byla provedena optimalizace plánová-ní a rozpočtování a koordinace podnikových činností k tomu potřebných. Zavedení návrhu povede k úspoře času rozpočtovacích činností a k lepšímu řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master's thesis deals with optimalization of planning and budgeting in the company WMW, Inc. The aim was to propose a way to create a complex system that helps company coordinate activities and identify the highest percentage of the cost. To achieve this aim, it was necessary to analyze the current system of planning and budgeting, suggest impro-vements and create a new one the most complex system. In this thesis there were used me-thods of the analysis, synthesis and empirical methods. Based on the analysis was perfor-med optimalization planning and budgeting and coordination of business activities required for that. The implementation of the proposal will lead to time saving budgeting acitivities and better cost management.
