dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je získat ucelený pohled na hospodaření obce Troubky v letech 2009 - 2013 pomocí finanční analýzy, s důrazem na rok 2010, kdy obec postihla živelní katastrofa povodeň. Dalším krokem je zhodnotit dopady této události do hospodaření obce v tomto roce a v následujících letech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Část teoretická je zaměřena na znalosti o veřejné správě a obcích a na metody finanční analýzy, které jsou aplikovatelné na obce a jejichž výstupy jsou pro obce přínosné. Praktická část je zaměřena na jednoduchou analýzu rozpočtů obce, finanční analýzu a vybrané ukazatele. Závěr práce hodnotí zjištěné skutečnosti a navrhuje možné alternativy pro využití v budoucnu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is to get overall view of the village of Troubky in the years 2009 - 2013 through a financial analysis with an emphasis on the year 2010, when the village was affected by a natural disaster a flood. Then it will evaluate the impacts of this event on the municipality´s management in this year and in the next ones. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on knowledge about public administration and municipalities and on methods of financial analysis, which are applicable to municipalities and whose outputs are beneficial to municipalities. The practical part is focused on simple analysis of municipal budgets, financial analysis and selected indicators. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the facts and suggests possible alternatives for future use.
