Předmětem této bakalářské práce je uplatnění andragogického vzdělání v sociálně terapeutických dílnách. Teoretická část se zabývá základními andragogickými pojmy a zejména pak sociální andragogikou. Pozornost je věnována druhům, formám a skupinám sociálních služeb s důrazem na sociálně terapeutické dílny v andragogickém kontextu a dále kvalifikacím a kompetencím jak andragogickým, tak pracovníků v sociálních službách. Praktická část práce je tvořena dotazníkovým výzkumem ve vybraných sociálně terapeutických dílnách, cíleným na uplatnění andragogické teorie v dané oblasti. |

The subject matter of this bachelor thesis is to apply the andragogical education in social and therapeutic workshops. The theoretical part deals with the basic andragogical concepts and especially social andragogy. Attention is paid to the types, forms and groups of social services with an emphasis placed on social therapeutic workshops in the context of andragogy and further qualifications and competences both andragogical and those of people involved in social services. The practical part consists of questionnaire survey in selected social and therapeutic workshops targeted at applying andragogical theory in the relevant field. |
