| dc.description.abstract |
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proměny příspěvku na péči a specifika sociálního šetření. V teoretické části jsou vyzdviženy důležité pojmy, které jsou legislativně ukotveny, zejména v zákoně č. 108/2006 Sb. Zákon o sociálních službách. Pozornost je věnována především změnám příspěvku na péči, kterými postupně procházel. Část diplomové práce se věnuje sociálnímu šetření, které je nezbytnou součástí celého procesu přiznávání příspěvku na péči. Charakterizována je i spolupráce sociálních pracovníků a lékařské posudkové služby, kdy tato oblast je následně zkoumána v empirické části. Empirická část je realizována kvalitativní metodou formou rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky z agendy příspěvku na péči. V závěru je uvedeno shrnutí výsledků vlastního výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi společně s osobním přínosem diplomové práce. |

The thesis is focused on the transformation of the care allowance and social specifics of the survey. The important terms that are legislatively anchored are highlighted in the theoretical part, in particular in Act no. 108/2006 Coll. The Social Services Act. Attention is paid to changes in the care allowance, which gradually passed. Part of the thesis is devoted to the social survey, which is an essential part of the process granting the care allowance. Also the cooperation of social workers and medical assessment service is characterized, when this area is then examined in the empirical part. The empirical part is realized by qualitative method through interviews with social workers from the agenda of the care allowance. The conclusion is a summary of the results of our own research and recommendations for practice with a personal contribution of this thesis. |
