Diplomová práce se snaží poskytnout náhled na problematiku uspokojování potřeb osob pečujících o osobu blízkou. Zaměřuje se na potřeby neformálních pečovatelů a jejich snahu vlastními způsoby tyto potřeby saturovat. V teoretické části přibližuje problematiku pečovatelství, specifikuje pojem potřeba a charakterizuje roli pečovatele v životě příjemce péče. Praktická část pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjišťuje, jak sami pečovatelé své potřeby vnímají, jaké cesty volí k jejich naplnění a jaké faktory do této snahy intervenují. Práce si klade za cíl, objasnit determinanty a způsoby uspokojování vlastních potřeb pečovatele. |

The topic of this thesis is to provide a look on the issue of meeting the needs of people caring for close relatives. It focuses on the needs of informal carers and their efforts to saturate those needs in their own ways. The theoretical part approaches the issue of nursing, specifies the notion of need and characterizes the role of caregivers in the life of the care recipient. In the practical part the qualitative research is used to find out how carers themselves perceive their own needs, what ways they chose to satisfy them and what factors intervene in their efforts. The thesis aims to clarify the determinants and the ways in which the carers meet their own needs. |
