Diplomová práca "Metodika vyšetrovania poistných podvodov" je spracovaná tak, aby informovala širokú verejnosť, a hlavne študentov oboru Bezpečnostné technológie, systémy a management, o oblasti páchania trestného činu poistný podvod. Celá práca je rozdelená do niekoľkých tematicky relatívne samostatných celkov. Prvá časť je venovaná základným pojmom používaným v poisťovníctve a ich vysvetlenie. Ďalšie časti práce riešia problematiku charakteristiky a klasifikácie trestného činu podvod a poistný podvod, spôsobu plánovania a organizácie vyšetrovania poistných podvodov. Dôležitou súčasťou textu je oblasť venovaná prevencii a spolupráci pri riešení poistných podvodov. V závere teoretickej časti sú názorne spracované štatistiky za obdobie rokov 2005 a 2006. Praktická časť obsahuje príklad vyšetrovania poistných podvodov v praxi. |

This graduation thesis, called the investigatory methods of insurance frauds, is worked to inform the experts, mainly the students of Security technologies, systems and management, about commission of criminal act "insurance fraud'q. The work is divided into some thematic individual parts. The first part is devoted to the basic terms, which are used in insurance business. The next parts of my work solve the problem of insurance fraud's characteristic, planning and organization of the investigatory methods of insurance frauds. The important part is devoted to prevention and cooperation at the solving of insurance frauds. At the end I work up the statistics of the years 2005 and 2006. The practical part contains the examples of inquisition of insurance frauds in the practice. |
