Záměrem této diplomové práce je vypracování zakladatelského podnikatelského plánu rehabilitačního centra KewiCare, s oblastí podnikatelské působnosti ve Wellingtonu na Novém Zélandu. V teoretické části je stručně popsán systém fyzioterapie v České republice, dále je v této části specifikována struktura podnikatelského plánu, jeho náležitosti a teoretická východiska pro provedení analýzy vnějšího prostředí Nového Zélandu a odvětví fyzioterapie. Praktická část je rozložena do tří logických celků. První z nich se zabývá zhodnocením vnějšího prostředí s využitím PESTLE analýzy, na kterou navazuje samotný projekt založení rehabilitačního centra KewiCare na Novém Zélandu, vycházející z poznatků této analýzy. Poslední část práce vyhodnocuje podnikatelský záměr s využitím časové, nákladové a rizikové analýzy. |

The aim of this diploma is to develop a business plan for establishing rehabilitation clinic KewiCare, with a business area in Wellington in New Zealand. Within theoretical part there is briefly described the legislation related to the practise in the field of physiotherapy in the Czech Republic. The business plan structure is described, its essentials and the last part are the theoretical basis for the analysis of the New Zealand business environment and the physiotherapy sector. The practical part constists of three logical units. The first is to analyze the external environment using the PESTLE analysis. The project for establishment of KewiCare rehabilitation clinic in New Zealand was based on the findings of the previous analysis. At the end the business plan of KewiCare rehabilitation center has been evaluated by means of time, cost and risk analysis. |
