dc.description.abstract	Predmetom práce je zefektívnenie riadenia investícií vo vybranej spoločnosti. V rámci riešenia predmetu práce boli použité podrobné analýzy súčasného stavu členenia, schvaľovania a hodnotenia investícií. Bola analyzovaná interná smernica týkajúca sa investícií a s ňou súvisiace dokumenty. Projekt je riešený navrhnutím všeobecného metodického postupu členenia, schvaľovania, hodnotenia a spätného hodnotenia investícií. V prípade hodnotenia ekonomickej efektívnosti investícií a post-investičného auditu bol metodický postup aplikovaný na prípadovej štúdii konkrétnej investície. Prínos tejto práce spočíva v revízií investičného procesu, upravenej metodike hodnotenia ekonomickej výnosnosti investícií a vytvorení návrhu post-investičného auditu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is to outline a more efficient investment management in the selected company. This issue is addressed by applying detailed analyses of current state of classification, approval process and evaluation of investment. An internal directive on investment and its associated documents were analyzed. The project outlines general methodology for classification, approval, evaluation and re-evaluation of investments. In the case of the investment profitability evaluation and the post-investment audit, the methodology was applied to a case study of a particular investment. The contribution of the thesis lies in the revision of the investment process, the adjusted methodology for investment profitability evaluation and the draft of post-investment audit.
