dc.description.abstract	Subjektem této bakalářské práce je firma BPS Bicycle Industrial s.r.o. a analýza její podnikatelské teorie. Její nedávný vzestup na trhu s elektro-koly je důvodem pro analýzu jejího úspěchu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá definicí podniku a jeho účelu. Teoretická část formuluje hlediska a předpoklady pro tvorbu správné podnikatelské teorie. Praktická část se zabývá zohledněním teoretických východisek a aplikováním poznatků přímo na firmu BPS s.r.o. Výsledky v druhé části praktické části analyzuje, a nakonec samotnou podnikatelskou teorii aktualizuje uvedením doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Subject of this bachelor thesis is BPS Bicycle Industrial company and analysis of its theory of the business. Its recent growth is the reason to analyse what lies behind its success. In theoretical part is thesis occupied with definition and its inner purpose. Theoretical part formulates viewpoints and assumptions for correct theory of the business creation. Practical part is occupied with theoretical resources and application of obtained knowledge onto BPS itself. Results are concluded in the second part of the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The last part is an update of the theory of the business through given recommendations.
