Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou manipulácie s polotovarmi na pracovisku konfekcie hlavnej výroby v spoločnosti Continental Barum s. r. o. Zameriava sa tu na činnosti nepridávajúce hodnotu v oblasti transportu. Teoretická časť je zameraná na poznatky z odbornej literatúry týkajúce sa priemyselného inžinierstva, produktivity, logistiky, druhov plytvania a metód merania práce. Podstatná časť praktickej časti sa po stručnom predstavení spoločnosti venuje analýze súčasného stavu na vybranom pracovisku, na základe ktorej sú navrhnuté odporúčania na zvýšenie produktivity elimináciou plytvania vo výrobnom procese. Poslednou časťou praktickej časti je vzorový výpočet časového štandardu. Z výsledkov zistených v analýze sú stanovené návrhy na zlepšenie súčasnej situácie. |

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of manipulation and handling of semi-finished goods in the sewing department of the main production in the company Continental Barum ltd. It focuses on the activities which do not add value in the field of transport. The theo-retical part is focused on knowledge from professional literature referring to industrial engineering, productivity, logistics, types of waste and methods of measuring work performance. After brief introduction of the company, the main part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in the selected workplace, which results in proposed recommendations in order to increase productivity by eliminating the waste in the production process. The last part of the practical part is defining standard minute value. The suggested recommendations to improve the current situation are the consequence of the results gained from the analysis. |
