Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou měření produktů ve vybrané společnosti, která dodává komponenty pro automobilový trh. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši na téma systémy řízení jakosti, základní nástroje kvality, analýzu systémů měření, statistickou regulaci procesu, měření podle normy ISO/TS 16949:2009 a měřidla. Praktická část se zabývá samotným měřením produktů od prototypu až po sériovou výrobu a jeho nedostatky. V závěru práce jsou navržena nápravná opatření, která by mohla situaci zlepšit. |

The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of product measurement in a selected company that supplies components for the automotive market. The theoretical part contains literary research on quality management systems, basic quality tools, analysis of measurement systems, statistical process regulation, measurements according to ISO / TS 16949: 2009 and gauges. The practical part deals with the measurement of products from prototype to series production and its deficiencies. At the end of the thesis, corrective measures are proposed that could improve the situation. |
