dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza aktuálního motivačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy rozdíl mezi motivací a stimulací, motivační teorie, motivační program podniku, odměňování, péče o pracovníky nebo zaměstnanecké benefity. Druhá praktická část je zaměřena na základní informace o společnosti, její motivační program, průzkum spokojenosti s motivačním systémem jejich zaměstnanců a jeho vyhodnocení. U praktické části vycházíme z poznatků z teoretické části. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a možné návrhy pro zlepšení motivačního programu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of Bachelor theses is to analyze of the current motivation system in the selected company. In the first part are processed theoretical knowledge where are defined basic concepts - the difference between motivation and stimulation, motivation theory, motivational system, rewarding, employee care or employee benefits. The second practical part is concentrated on basic information about company, its motivation program, satisfaction survey with the motivation system of its employees and its evolution. The practical part proceeds from the theoretical part. The conclusion of my thesis is based on evaluation of the questionnaire survey and possible proposals for its improvement.
