V této práci se věnuji ohledání místa činu a vyhodnocení všech stop k řádnému objasnění trestného činu a jejich ztotožnění stopy s pachateli od zadokumentování stop přes popis pachatelů, otisků prstů, zjištění průběhu činu. Při této činnosti bychom měli znát podmínky v době spáchání trestného činu a zabezpečit, aby všechny stopy včetně biologických nemohly být časem zničeny s přihlédnutím k zásadám kriminalistiky vč. motivu. Mnohdy k objasnění pomohou i krevní stopy a DNA a je třeba, aby sama společnost měla zájem na právním státě. V praktické části se zabývám vlivem sněhu na stopy a rozdělení druhů sněhu. V závěru práce se snažím sdělit, že dosud nikdo neumí spáchat dokonalý zločin vždy zanechá nějaké stopy a pokud se na něj nepřijde hned, kriminalisté se k neobjasněným případům vracejí, zpravidla při novinkách v technologii objasňování stop. |
