dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se bude zabývat problematikou nouzového zásobování pitnou vodou v obci Strání. V teoretické části bude rozebrána literární rešerše na dané téma, včetně právního rámce a metod analýzy rizik. V praktické části bude představena obec Strání v historii až po současnost. V této části budou popsány technické informace obce Strání, i subjekty, které disponují nebezpečnými látkami. Následně bude pojednán způsob zásobování obyvatelstva pitnou vodou, jak za běžných podmínek, tak i v případě mimořádných události či krizových situací. Analýzou vybrané mimořádné události a rizik s ní spojených budou navržena opatření k jejich minimalizaci. Součástí této části bude stanovení potřebného množství pitné vody pro pokrytí poptávky v krizové situaci. V závěru práce budou popsány a modelovány nejpravděpodobnější mimořádné události, které mohou vyvolat nouzové zásobování pitnou vodou.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issues of drinking water emergency supplies for the Strání village. In the theoretical part will be analysed literary resech on the topic, including the legal framework and methods of risk analysis. Practical part will present the village Strání from history to the present. This section will describe the technical information of the village of Strání, as well as entities with dispose of dangerous substances. Afterwards will be discussed about the possibilities to supply the population with drinking water for normal conditions, even in the event of emergencies or crisis situations. Using risk analysis method will be selected extraordinary event analysed and measures to minimize the risk will be proposed. This part will also determine the amount of drinking water, which is needed to coverage of demand in the crisis situation. At the end of the work will be described and modelled the most probable extraordinary events that can trigger an emergency supplies of drinking water.
