dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je "Analýza traumatologického plánu nemocnice", z teoretického i praktického hlediska. Teoretická část se skládá z vysvětlení základních pojmů, vymezení důležité legislativy, popisu traumatologického plánování na územní úrovni i úrovni krajů a zajištění kvalitní připravenosti nemocnice. V praktické části rozebírám konkrétní traumatologický plán Nemocnice ve Frýdku-Místku, p.o. a hodnotím schopnost jeho realizace po hromadném neštěstí. Nakonec této bakalářské práce jsem navrhla možná opatření, která by mohla být nápomocna v lepší organizaci práce v případě hromadného příjmu pacientů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this Bachelor thesis is "Analysis of the hospital's traumatology plan" from both theoretical and practical aspect. The theoretical part consists of basic explanations, definition of important legislation, description of traumatological planning at the territorial level, the level of the regions and ensuring the quality of the hospital's readiness. In the practical part I analyze the specific traumatological plan of the Hospital in Frýdek-Místek, and I evaluate the ability of his realization after a mass disaster. Finally, this bachelor thesis proposed possible measures that could help to improve the organization of work in case of mass intake of patients.
