dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma analýza insolvenčního řízení vybrané organizace se ve své teoretické části věnuje insolvenčnímu zákonu a definuje základní pojmy související s insolvenčním řízením. Rovněž je zde popsán průběh insolvenčního řízení a je zde definován úpadek a způsoby jeho řešení. V praktické části jsou uvedeny údaje o vývoji insolvencí v České republice a analýza vybrané organizace spolu se zhodnocením jejího insolvenčního řízení.

It also describes the course of insolvency proceedings and defines the bankruptcy and methods of its resolution. The practical part contains data on the development of insolvencies in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the selected organization together with the assessment of its insolvency proceedings.
