dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem nástrojů nákladového controllingu a jejich implementaci ve společnosti MESgroup Czech s.r.o. Nejdříve je popsána problematika v teoretické rovině kritickou literární rešerší. Získané poznatky z této části jsou využity při analýze vnějšího okolí a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Součástí analýzy je i analýza současného stavu řízení nákladů, které je shledáno jako nedostačující. Navržené nástroje mají posloužit k lepšímu řízení nákladů a zavést plánování ve společnosti. Důležitou součástí systému je také poskytování informací o dosažených výsledcích ve formě reportů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on suggestion of costs controlling tools and theirs implementation in the company MESgroup Czech s.r.o. There are described theoretical problems in the critical literary research as a first part of this thesis. These findings are used in the analysis of external surrounding and internal environment of the company. The analysis of the current state of cost management as a part of the analysis is found as insufficient. Proposed tools have to be used for better cost management and planning implementation in the company. Reporting of the reached results is the important part of the controlling system.
