dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku rizik vzniku požáru. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem ochrany obyvatelstva, integrovaného záchranného systému, hasičského záchranného sboru a především je popsána oblast problematiky požáru. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu požáru horské chaty Libušín na Pustevnách v Beskydech a na analýzu výsledků provedeného do-tazníkového šetření s návrhem změn, které by vedly ke zlepšení současného stavu. Výstu-pem práce by měl být informační materiál pro odborníky, studenty i širokou veřejnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis aim to problematic of fire arise. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines concept of population protection, Integrated Rescue System and work of Firefighting Brigade. Primarily, there is describe the occurrence of fire problematic. The practical part analyse The Libušín chalet fire, hap-pened recently in Pustevny, Beskydy Mountains. This part also include results of questi-onnary research analysis along with change suggestions to contribute improvement of current situation. The output of the work should be the information material for professio-nals, students and the general public.
