dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu ochrany obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách. Je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je především zaměřena na historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, legislativu a základní pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva. Dále jsou popsány hlavní úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva a živelní pohromy vyskytující se v ČR. Praktická část se zabývá povodněmi, požáry a dalšími živelními pohromami v Lověšicích. Poslední část práce popisuje návrhy na zlepšení opatření pro vybranou komunitu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of the population during natural disasters. Bachelor is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the historical development of protection of the population, legislation and the primary terms of protection of the population. It describes the main tasks of protecting the population and natural disasters occurring in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with floods, fires and other natural disasters in Lovesice. The last part this bachelor describes the proposals for implovement measures for the selected community.
