Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, ve kterých řeší problematiku přepravy nebezpeč-ných látek a zásah jednotek požární ochrany při havárii vozidla přepravujícího nebezpečnou látku. V teoretické části je na základě dostupné literatury shrnuta přeprava nebezpečných věcí po silnici (ADR), včetně platné legislativy, značení vozidel a školení řidičů. Dále, v části praktické, se bakalářská práce zabývá činnostmi jednotek požární ochrany, které zasahují u dopravní nehody vozidla přepravující nebezpečnou látku. Při zpracování byl použit softwarový program, který znázorňuje modelovou dopravní nehodu s únikem ne-bezpečné látky. Výsledkem tohoto programu je vyhodnocení potřebných opatření při zása-hu jednotek požární ochrany. |

This thesis contain of two part, in which deal with problematice transport of dangerous substances and intervention of fire protection units at the vehicle accident, which carry of dangerous substances. Based on the available literature are summarize transport of dange-rous goods by road (ADR), including applicable legislation, marking of vehicles and driver training in theoretical part. In the practical part the thesis deals with the activities of fire protection units, which intervene with traffic accidents of vehicles carrying hazardous sub-stance. During processing was used software program, in which was simulated accident vehicle with dangerous substances. The result of this program is to evaluate the measures needed for intervention of fire brigade units. |
