dc.description.abstract	V mojej diplomovej práci analyzujem informačný systém spoločnosti UNICORN a.s. a podávam návrh projektu jeho inovácie. V teoretickej časti spracovávam literárne zdroje o informačných systémoch, hodnotím ich význam a vývoj. Ďalej sa venujem problematike hodnotenia efektívnosti informačných systémov a charakterizujem inovácie informačných systémov. V praktickej časti mojej diplomovej práce najskôr charakterizujem spoločnosť UNICORN a.s. a neskôr analyzujem jej postavenie na trhu. Ďalej skúmam informačný systém UIS spo-ločnosti UNICORN a.s. a hodnotím ho pomocou metodiky COBIT. Na základe výsledkov podávam návrh jeho inovácie formou projektu. Projekt spracovávam z obsahovej, časovej a nákladovej stránky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my master thesis I am analyzing the information system of the company UNICORN Inc. and giving a project suggestion of its innovation. In the theoretical part I am working up the literary roots about information systems, I am valuating their sense and advancement. Next I am dealing with questions of evaluation of the information systems effectiveness and characterizing the information systems innovations. In practical part of my master thesis I am characterizing the company UNICORN Inc., and then I am analyzing its position on the market. Next I am examining the UNICORN Inc. information system UIS using the method COBIT. Base on the results I am giving a sug-gestion of its project innovation. I am working up the project from the content, time and costs view.	en
